COVID 19 Update:
Orders for delivery nationwide will continue to be dispatched as per our delivery terms. However, please be aware our couriers may experience delays due to demand. We are in regular contact with our provider and utilise the tracking information which is also available to you once your order is dispatched.
We deliver throughout England, Wales and Scotland, however delivery to The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, require contacting us first for a quote. We do not deliver to some remote areas of the UK or P.O. box addresses. You can use the delivery calculator at the basket page to get an accurate shipping cost for your destination. If your post code does not bring up any costs then this may mean we do not deliver there. You can get in touch to find out.
Post Code Restrictions
The following post codes require contacting us for a quote before checking out. These areas fall into courier zones which incur higher cost and longer delivery times:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78,PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZEAB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, BT, IM.
DPD Delivery Service
Your order will be safely packed into a recyclable card box and sent via DPD next day services. On occasion we may choose a different courier.
DPD Interactive Tracking:
You can download the DPD app here which allows you stay in control of your parcel every step of the way. Your email and/or mobile number is shared with our courier partners to bring you the best experience and service possible.
We require a £15 minimum order to proceed at the basket page through to checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are dispatched Mon-Thurs with next working day delivery Tuesday to Friday.
Calendar Delivery Dates
Certain products require a date selection due to the nature of the item and some have the option. This applies to our made to order products and some gift products. You will be prompted to add this if necessary.
If your basket contains at least one item with a specific delivery date, then your entire order will be dispatched the day prior to your selected delivery date. If a delivery date has been chosen outside of our working delivery days of Tuesday to Friday (due to wrong selection or functioning error) we will then dispatch your goods on the next available working day.
If you think you have selected an incorrect date or spotted an error, please contact us right away.
Please note: Dates selected from our calendars are not a guaranteed delivery service. However, we do enjoy a high success rate with on time deliveries with DPD. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order once it has been dispatched. You will find a tracking number on your order status page which is accessed via the shipping confirmation email you will receive from us.
