Yes. We work on delivery calendar system. You can select a date selection at either the product or basket page, depending on your chosen goods.

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday, therefore the calendar date selection will offer you Tuesday to Friday delivery days.

Yes. For separate dates, you must place a new order.

No. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the use of 3rd party couriers for all deliveries. Many external factors can cause delays which are out of our and the couriers control. That said, our courier partners, DPD, enjoy a very high success rate with on time deliveries.

If you've selected the wrong date or there is a mistake, please get in touch asap so we can rectify this.

Some remote or off shore UK post codes require you to contact us first. This is because our couriers may not ship there or the transit time is too long for the nature of our products.

DPD

Couriers will leave a card or in some cases deliver to a neighbour, or return to their depot. Alternatively, If you know you are not going to be home you can use the tools by our couriers site via the tracking link we send you once your order has been dispatched.

Your tracking number will be displayed in your order status page which you access from the email you recieve once we have dispacthed your goods.

Anytime from 0800 - 2000 Monday to Friday (in some cases, Saturday also). You will recieve a delivery time slot on the day of delivery, so you dont have to wait in all day. This is provided by the courier and we have no control over them. These times can vary at busy times.

All orders are dispatched from the UK, so rest assured your items are in good hands and not travelling from afar.

Given the nature of our products, we only offer delivery to UK.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, they are printed directly from the information you give us when submitting your order online. We can only change an address before your item goes into production or dispatch. Get in touch as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get this changed.

Our Products

Not unless you have ordered our Sicilian Cannoli Kit, which has separate shipping packaging to keep your goods chilled in transit. Instructions to refrigerate upon delivery will be evident in the box.

All of our Treat Boxes are ambient temperature products, therefore, do not require refrigerating and should be kept at room temperature out of direct sunlight & away from any heat sources. For more information, please see the product tabs under each product page.

If stored correctly in an airtight container, the biscuits and pastries will be best for up to 4 - 5 days. 

Note: Treat Boxes products have a best before and not a use by date. In your treat box, you will find your contents label with all necessary information including ingredients, allergens and best before date. You can also find more detailed information under the ingredients tab on each individual product. 

We take great care and pride in packing our bespoke boxes. Your order arrives inside a food safe grade two piece base & lid box with each pastry/biscuit sat in a paper cake case and all this is then packed into a postal box with protective air pockets surrounding the treat box. We pack tightly and neatly to minimise any transit damage.

All listed products should not be frozen.

FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE:

Products are packed and handled in an environment where all nuts (including peanut) and other listed allergens are present. Due to the risk of cross contamination, we cannot be sure these products are free from all allergens.

You can view all ingredients of each item under the ingredients tab on all product pages. If you are unsure, you can get in touch prior to placing an order and we'll do our best to help.

No. We import all our goods directly from our manufacturer in Italy.

Orders

As our goods are perishable and made to order, we don't accept returns, however we always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you are not satisifed, just email us directly or get in touch and we'd be happy to help.

If you need to cancel an order placed with us, you can do so at any time, unless it is has already begun production or dispatched. Please get in touch to enquire on your order progress. 

In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in time, we ask you to double check your tracking in the first instance and check your parcel has not been delivered to a neighbour or gone back to a depot if you were not home when they attempted delivery. If you have all this and 3 days have passed then get in touch and we will look into this for you.
