A few questions we regularly get asked:

1) Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online business only.

2) Can I select different flavours?

Of course! When choosing which flavours in your box, click the image or colour and it will be selected with a green background. You will see your selections in your basket.

3) Can I add a gift wrap?

Yes, select the gift ribbon & message add on, this will allow you to write a personalised message for your box.

4) How long will the treat boxes last once opened?

As all products are ambient temperature, they do not require any refrigeration with up to 7 days best before, if stored correctly in an airtight container. (that's if you can wait that long!)

5) How should I store my treats?

Products should be stored at room temperature away from heat sources and direct sunlight. For longer lasting freshness, store in an airtight container. Do not freeze or refrigerate as this will diminish the quality of the pastry.

6) Do you have any gluten free or vegan products?

Unfortunately at present we do not stock any specific products in this category, however we are working towards this. You can find a full ingredients & information sheet at each individual product page.
