Orders for delivery nationwide will continue to be dispatched as per our delivery terms. However, please be aware our couriers may experience delays due to demand. Delivery Destinations

We deliver throughout England, Wales and Scotland, however delivery to The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, require contacting us first for a quote. We do not deliver to some remote areas of the UK or P.O. box addresses. You can use the delivery calculator at the basket page to get an accurate shipping cost for your destination. If your post code does not bring up any costs then this may mean we do not deliver there. You can get in touch to find out.

Post Code Restrictions

If your post codes starts with any of the list below, you'll not be able to check out without contacting us in advance for a quote. It may mean we do not ship there due to courier restrictions and/or long transit times.

These areas fall into courier zones which incur higher cost and longer delivery times.

DPD Delivery Service

Your order will be safely packed into a recyclable card box and sent via DPD next day services. On occasion we may choose a different courier. 

DPD Interactive Tracking:

You can download the DPD app here which allows you stay in control of your parcel every step of the way. Your email and/or mobile number is shared with our courier partners to bring you the best experience and service possible.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are dispatched the day prior to your selected delivery date. All orders require a date selection either at the product or basket page. You will be prompted for this when placing your order.

Nominated Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are available via our calendar on the basket page. You can select Tuesday, Thursday or Friday delivery. Orders are dispatched the day prior to your selected delivery date

If you think you have selected an incorrect date or spotted an error, please contact us right away.

Please note: Dates selected from our calendars are not a guaranteed delivery service. However, we do enjoy a high success rate with on time deliveries with DPD. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Firstly you will receive an email and SMS (if entered) from DPD the day prior to your expected delivery date confirming your consignment for the next working day. You will receive further notifications of the shipment of your order once it has been dispatched by ourselves. DPD will also keep you up to date with your delivery. You will find a tracking number on your order status page which is accessed via the shipping confirmation email you will receive from us.

Email & SMS Notifications

Your email address and the shipping mobile number (if entered) is shared with our courier partner DPD for contact and tracking purposes. If sending a gift please remember we share the shipping mobile details and not the billing. Please use your mobile number (not the recipients) if you want your recipient to be unaware of a gift arriving for the element of surprise. We do not share your contact details with any other 3rd party.
