Colomba without candied citrus fruit peels, with candied black cherries and extra dark chocolate chips. Naturally leavened baked product.
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied black cherries 13.6% (black cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), hazelnut icing 11.2% (sugar, rice flour, hazelnuts 7.2% corresponding to 0.8% of the total ingredients, peanut oil, powdered egg* white 0.3%, wheat flour, flavourings), butter, sugar, fresh egg* yolk 7.3%, sugar grains, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), extra dark chocolate chips 2.4% (cocoa paste, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin), almonds, fresh pasteurised milk 1.9%, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, natural flavourings.
