All of our items are packed by hand so we take great care in inspecting the items as they leave us. Please ensure you also check the items carefully on receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged, please do not accept them from the courier and email hello@luccardo.com to make us aware of the issue.

If having received the item, you find a damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately using the email address above and provide us with images of the issue and the incorrect items including the outer box and shipping label. All correspondence must be received within 48 hours of accepting the delivery. We are not obliged to offer any solution after this time.

We will investigate the issue based on the information provided and look to resolve any errors as quickly as possible. Full or part refunds or replacement items will be granted where possible.

If any items have been opened and consumed we are not obliged to offer any solution.

Please note that flavours in our bespoke mix treat boxes are subject to change at our discretion. If the damage is to the outer packaging and has not compromised the product, a refund will not be provided. As the goods are perishable, we can only offer a refund if they are damaged or faulty rather than simply not to your liking. 

The information you provide when placing your order is directly lifted and provided to our courier, therefore it is essential that you check this information carefully. Failure to deliver due to inaccurate information, will not result in a refund.

As our products are prepared to order, cancellation is not possible once the order has been accepted or begun preparation.

The cost of returning the goods to us will be born by the customer if you exercise your right to withdraw your purchase in the cooling-off period as specified by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We decline all responsibility with goods that are of a highly perishable nature.
